On Thursday, October 5, 2023, the Ministry of Interior of the Kurdistan Regional Government held a ceremony. In attendance were Interior Minister Rebar Ahmad, Supervisor of the Soran Independent Administration Halgurd Sheikh Najib, and Dr. Hemn Mirani, the Director General of the Ministry of Interior District. During this event, the directors of the Galala and Qasre districts in the Choman district, as well as the directors of the Sherwan and Piran districts in the Mergasur district, were officially sworn in.
